As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols from the World Health Organisation and regulations from the Greek Government for working to defeat COVID-19.

We are still monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

We are redefining our already rigorous cleaning and safety standards by providing enhanced training to our trained stuff, increased cleaning procedures of public areas and adjusted food & beverage services, to ensure our guests enjoy a worry-free stay. Our commitment to cleanliness is remaining high and has a goal to minimise risk for a pleasant stay.

The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance.

Public Spaces
Starting with our public spaces, our lobby and our front desk, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. The cleaning frequency has been increased while using appropriate disinfection products and highly trained staff.

Hand Sanitisers
Hand sanitising stations are installed in various locations around the hotel such as entrances, front desk, floor foyers and meeting spaces.

Your Travel Flexibility
In response to changing marketplace conditions, Delice Hotel is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times and we are implementing the following policies:

For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences
For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between today and December 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed for an extended period of 18 months. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
